ARTICLE 43 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA

(1) Every person has the right-

• (a) To the highest attainable standard of health which includes the right to health care services including reproductive health care.
• (b) To accessible & adequate housing and to reasonable standards of sanitation
• (c) To be free from hunger and to have adequate food of acceptable quality
• (d) To clean and safe water in adequate quantities
• (e) To social security and
• (f) To education

(2) A person shall not be denied emergency medical treatment
(3) The state shall provide appropriate social security to persons who are
unable to support themselves and their dependants

Declaration of Liberation

We consider our basic rights to be God-given and that governments are
formed to achieve these ends, it is the duty of each citizen to do all necessary to free their nation from such destructive states and
governments!

This is the greatest duty of KilaMkenya!

OKOA MKENYA FROM TYRRANY OF POVERTY, AND DEATH

The Jubilee goverment has increased public debt by Ksh 860 billion in one
year from Ksh 1.8 trillion to Ksh 2.6 trillion, through illegal payments of
Agloleasing and corrupt loan agreements with China goverment and
Eurobond. This has made the cost of living to go up to pay for this debt and it has taken millions of Kenyans back to poverty and deaths. Every day in our towns and villages is coffins and tears due to insecurity and poverty related illicit brews...

How hopeless is our generation?.... Lets organise and liberate our motherland
