11 October
Liège, Belgium

From Palestine to Congo, acts of imperialist violence echo and reinforce each other. The four women panellists will shed light on actors, strategies, and discourses that support neocolonial and extractivist exploitation of the DRC. We will discuss the concrete consequences for local people, connections with modes of consumption in countries in the North, the debt issue, the plundering of resources, the complicit silence of governments, and the many resistance movements that are organising.
