Communiqué Number 41 of the National Front of Resistance against the Coup d’etat
The National Front of Resistance against the Coup d’etat, to the Honduran people and the international community communicates:
1. The complete failure of the electoral farce set up by the oligarchy the 29th of November in dictatorial conditions confirms our proposal of declaring the elections and their results illegal and illegitimate, in addition to re-enforcing our position of not recognizing the regime to be installed the 27th of January.
2. We call on the democratic and honest governments and social movements of the world to reject the electoral farce and not recognize the would-be government installed the 27th of January.
3. Having carried out an electoral process that lacks all legitimacy and legality and that attempts to guarantee the power of a minority of the population, the installation of a National Constitutional Assembly represents the alternative to channel the demands of political participation of all of the Honduran people. We will continue struggle for this.
4. We reiterate that all of the acts that the current de facto regime and its successor carry out will not be recognized by the people. We especially emphasize our rejection of any amnesty for the violators of human rights.
5. We take this moment to recognize the work of the Committee of Relatives of the Detained and Disappeared of Honduras, which today completes 27 years of vigilance for truth, justice and the construction of a society where human rights are guaranteed to all.
WE RESIST AND WE WILL WIN!
Tegucigalpa, Honduras, November 30th, 2009
Comuniqué No. 32
The National Front of Resistance to the Coup d’Etát, facing the imminent signing of a negotiated agreement between the commission representing the legitimate President Manuel Zelaya Rosales and the representatives of the de facto regime, communicates the following to the Honduran people and the international community:
1. We celebrate the upcoming restoration of President Manuel Zelaya Rosales as a popular victory over the narrow interests of the coup oligarchy. This victory has been obtained through four months of struggle and sacrifice by the people who, in spite of the savage repression unleashed by the repressive forces of the state in the hands of the dominant class, have been able to resist and grow in their levels of consciousness and organization and turn themselves into an irrepressible social force.
2. The signing on the part of the dictatorship of the document which mandates “returning the holder of executive power to its pre June 28 state,” represents the explicit acceptance that in Honduras there was a coup d’état that should be dismantled in order to return to institutional order and guarantee a democratic framework in which the people can exercise their right to transform society.
3. We demand that the accords signed at the negotiating table be processed in an expedited fashion by the National Congress. We alert all our comrades at the national level so that they can join the actions to pressure for the immediate compliance with the contents of the final document from the negotiating table.
4. We reiterate that a National Constituent Assembly is an unrenounceable aspiration of the Honduran people and a non-negotiable right for which we will continue struggling in the streets, until we achieve the re-founding of our society to convert it into one that is just, egalitarian and truly democratic.

Press Release N.30 of the National Front against the Coup
The Frente Nacional de Resistencia Contra el Golpe de Estado en
Honduras communicates to the Honduran population and international
community:
1. We denounce the manipulative actions and delaying tactics with
which the de facto regime attempts to earn more time and arrive at the
electoral farce of November 29th without reestablishing the
constitutional order and without having restituted to his legitimate
position President Manuel Zelaya Rosales.
2. We reiterate that the Honduran people do not recognize the
campaign and results of the electoral process of November 29th whilst
the dictatorial regime remains sustained by the oligarchy through the
use of arms.
3. We condemn the campaign of disinformation mounted by the
media at the service of the oligarchy, with which they intend to present
the Frente Nacional de Resistencia contra el Golpe de Estado as a
violent organization. We reiterate that the pacific methods of struggle
are the only ones that we have used during length of the 115 days of
resistance.
4. We denounce the economic crisis that is being lead by the de
facto regime and that is provoking the increase of poverty levels in the
population.
5. We manifest our indignation at the continued repression on behalf
of the State police and military which is expressed in the
assassinations of the Resistencia militants, actions of intimidation,
encircling of marches and demonstrations, illegal and immoral judicial
processes with which they pursue and imprison our colleagues, and
more recently the actions of harassment and intimidation against
teachers in all parts of the country.
6. We reiterate our unbreakable will to install a democratic and
popular Asamblea Nacional Constituyente with which we will re-found
the la patria (motherland) and emancipate the exploited working class
from a minority ruling economic class.
